SpamTitan Cluster Technical Specifications
The SpamTitan cluster will allow you set up a multi node cluster of SpamTitan appliances providing load balancing and failover across the various nodes. The cluster can be managed through a single interface by the administrator proving centralized reporting and end user digests.

Feature Set
- SpamTitan V5.0 appliances can be clustered to provide for load balancing and failover
- There is no limit to the number of SpamTitan Appliances that you can have in a cluster.
- A single SpamTitan appliance can be upgraded to a cluster adding as many nodes as is required
- Email load can be shared across the SpamTitan cluster nodes.
- Users will receive a single daily quarantine report representing their quarantined email across all the cluster nodes.
- Administrators can run cluster-wide reports providing single reports for all email activity.
- The cluster provides a single management interface for the cluster nodes with all non-local settings are automatically replicated across all the cluster nodes allowing
- Cluster nodes can be in geographic disparate locations.
- The cluster can be run using the ISO option or as Virtual appliances
- The cluster contains all the same functionality as the stand alone solution.
SpamTitan Cluster - Technical Features
| Failover | Automated failover between SpamTitan cluster nodes ensures continued undisrupted service in the event of a failure in any of the SpamTitan cluster nodes |
| Load-balancing | Using MX records or a 3rd party load balancing solution email loads can be shared across cluster nodes to ensure maximum economic use of resources. |
| Unlimited cluster nodes | The SpamTitan cluster can be created with multiple cluster nodes allowing for scalability and expansion as required |
| Single Cluster Management | Any changes made to any cluster node will be replicated across the other cluster nodes providing a single cluster management interface. |
| Single end user quarantine reports | End users will only receive a single quarantine report from information automatically amalgamated across the multiple cluster nodes |
| Cluster Reporting | Administrators can generate cluster wide reports for all email activity. These can be generated from any node and will report from information automatically amalgamated across the multiple cluster nodes |
| Seamless upgrade path | A single appliance solution can be upgraded to a cluster solution bringing with it all the features and benefits of the cluster with little effort and no downtime. |
| Geographic wide spread | Cluster nodes can be located on different networks allowing for a geographic wide spread giving even more resilience to the solution. |
| Application based cluster | The cluster is at the application layer so therefore can be deployed using all the current available options including ISO, VMware server and ESX/ESXi. |
| Full Feature functionality | The cluster solution contains all the features of the Single Appliance solution. |
